At ExcellenceK12, all our staff members have kids or grandkids in public schools, so we understand what parents are going through during this pandemic. Even in the best of circumstances, it has been challenging.
From our observations and communications with peers in many markets, districts seem to be making every effort to provide excellent education to America’s school children.
We are particularly impressed with how teachers have stepped up and the great work they are doing.
This leads us to wonder just how much of a strain this has been on teachers and school building staff, what sacrifices they are making, and how they are feeling about this school year so far.
If you have not taken the time to collect pandemic plan feedback from those on the “frontline,” now is the time.
Our internal state-of-the-district survey is designed to give you a quick check on the pulse of your internal stakeholders, providing you with data on teacher/staff sentiment and areas for improvement for the spring semester and, perhaps, uncovering what type of reward or recognition might be in order at the “halfway” point of what is surely the strangest year in public education.
We’ve put a low price point on the survey to encourage you to consider a third-party vendor. We know from experience the anonymity we bring to the table results in more honest and accurate results.
