PROJECT LIGHTHOUSE

Project Lighthouse is a leadership and training initiative for assistant superintendents.

Led by Dr. Jaret Tomlinson, and facilitated by ExcellenceK12, Project Lighthouse will help you build leadership skills that will benefit you today and tomorrow, while networking with like-minded peers. This is a great opportunity to grow your leadership skills, learn from subject-matter experts, develop key relationships, and expand your career opportunities.

FOUR MEETINGS EACH YEAR

Four times a year, Project Lighthouse will host half-day leadership and training programs at various venues in your market. This isn’t some dry PowerPoint presentation with a speaker who drones on; it’s real training with plenty of opportunities to interact, learn, and share ideas.

SMALL GROUPS

Sign-up is by invitation only, and is limited to 10 superintendents to ensure that each participant gets maximum value.

FEE

The fee for the entire year of in-person programs is $4,500 per assistant superintendent.

Client Testimonials

“The Lighthouse program was a wonderful experience for me. It allowed me to learn more about effective leadership practices. Not only did I gain knowledge and skills to help make me a better leader, I also gained friendships with some fantastic school leaders. These colleagues became a support system through which I could share ideas and challenges. I thoroughly enjoyed participating in the program.”

“Project Lighthouse has been an amazing experience for me as an emerging district leader. What really makes Project Lighthouse stand out is how well it blends meaningful learning with real-life experiences. It’s not just theory. It’s practical, it’s personal, and it’s built to help us succeed. If you’re thinking about taking the next step in your leadership journey, this is a great place to start.”
